Here’s a St. Patrick’s Day craft to get you excited to make the arts and crafts you’ll find in the St. Patrick’s Day craft books from Hoopla:
How to Make a Shamrock
- Start with three or four rectangle or square pieces of paper; three will make a shamrock and four will make a four-leaf clover.
- For each paper:
- Fold the paper in half, being careful to make sure the corners match up.
- Cut a half-heart shape into the folded paper. Make sure to cut the edge that is not the folded edge! The tip of the heart and the dip at the top will begin and end at the fold.
- Unfold your paper into a heart-shaped clover leaf.
- Join the tips of the hearts to form a shamrock or clover. Glue, tape, or staple in place. Well done!
