Borrowing content on Hoopla Digital is a breeze! Whether you’re looking for audiobooks, eBooks, comics, manga, movies, TV shows, albums, or BingePasses, Hoopla makes it easy to access your favorite titles.

To get started, simply find a title you’re interested in and open its details page. From there, select the “Borrow” option. Audiobooks, eBooks, and comics and manga can be borrowed for 21 days, while movies and TV shows are available for 3 days. Albums and BingePasses can be enjoyed for 7 days.

Once you’ve borrowed a title, head over to the “My Hoopla” section to access and play your content. Instant titles, marked with a lightning bolt, are immediately available for streaming or download. You can also check how many borrows you have left for the month by clicking or tapping “My Hoopla.”

Flex titles, marked with a rotating arrow, can only be borrowed if a digital copy is available, similar to a physical book. If a copy is on loan, it cannot be borrowed again until it’s returned. You can place holds on Flex titles and replenish your Flex borrows by returning a Flex title.

Borrow limits are set by your local library and reset at the beginning of each calendar month. If you didn’t have enough time to finish a title, you can return to the title page and select the “Renew” option, available 24 hours before the title is set to return.
