In the first Scream movie, viewers are introduced to high-schooler, Sidney Prescott. After her mother is tragically killed, a mysterious entity later known as Ghostface begins tormenting her during the anniversary of the murder. After a series of unsolved murders, the entire town is on edge until the person behind Ghostface’s mask is revealed. 

Scream 2 

In Scream 2, Sidney takes off for college. Unfortunately for her, there are reports of a copycat killer mimicking Ghostface’s attacks from the year before beginning to surface. To help bring the carnage to an end, Sidney and Gail, along with a couple of survivors from the previous film set out to find out who’s behind the mask before it’s too late. 

Scream 3 

In the third installment of Scream, Sidney learns about the truth regarding her mother’s murder, along with the origin of the Ghostface murders. Additionally, there’s a murder on the Hollywood set of Stab 3 where Gale and Dwight are present. Once a killer offs the cast, Sid is the last person remaining from the original saga – until Ghostface tracks her down, too.
