Book-to-Movie Adaptations

If you love both reading and film, Hoopla offers a fantastic selection of books that have been turned into movies with book-to-movie adaptations.

What Are Adaptations?

An adaptation is a reimagining of an original source from one medium to another, so a book-to-movie adaptation is a movie that’s based on a book. Often, the author’s original story will be changed in some way before it goes to the screen. For those of us who love to read, it’s a real thrill to see how actors and directors interpret the books we enjoy.
