How to Cut a Perfect Heart Out of a Piece of Paper

  1. Start with a rectangle or square piece of paper. Fold the paper in half, being careful to make sure the corners match up.
  2. Cut a half-heart shape into the folded paper. Make sure to cut the edge that is not the folded edge! The tip of the heart and the dip at the top will begin and end at the fold.
  3. Unfold your heart and decorate. Happy Valentine’s Day!
